Of course it was a holiday weekend when our car decided to not start. But fortunately for us Navarre Auto Repair was open today. We brought the car in thinking it would be a couple of days since the lot was packed. Who knew we'd get a call 7 hours later saying it was ready!! I won't even go into how inexpensive they were! Visiting from Central Illinois and the check engine light came on. Car is from the midwest and will need a catalytic converter and sensor. Will told me ok to drive home and get fixed by my local mechanic. Very honest and trustworthy shop.read more

Will and his team are simply trustworthy. If your vehicle has a problem they will diagnosis it and tell you exactly what is wrong with the cost to repair. I have never been gouged to do stuff that was not needed but on the other hand he watches out for us.
The most amazing thing with Will personally is he is really smart. I watch him lead the other mechanics identify problems and solutions in a positive way where they learn. Not to say he doesn't hire smart guys as he does, Will just gets it.
When we have car problems we call Will and we know it will come back right.read more

After a Nissan dealership diagnosed my car's AC problem as a failing compressor and quoted $1400+ for parts and labor, I took my car to Navarre Auto Repair. Doing their own diagnostics, NAR determined the AC problem was caused by bent prongs on a sensor. Total cost: under $200! AC is working perfectly! Great service! I took my car in to get an alignment and I am extremely happy with the service I received. Outstanding customer service! Brought my vehicle in without an appointment to have several items addressed. Not only did they get to my vehicle that day to give me an estimate, but they told me that a couple of the services I had requested were absolutely not needed and one of them could be put off for a while. Quoted price was extremely fair, the work was done much faster than I had expected and my vehicle was ready to go the next day.
It was very surprising and refreshing to find a local mechanic that is knowledgeable, honest, fairly priced and does quality work. I was impressed with the excellent service I received and will most definitely be using Navarre Auto Repair for any future auto repairs I need.read more

There are many choices in Navarre for auto care and hands down Navarre Auto Repair is the best place to go. Always friendly straight forward and honest, Never any pressure to spend more money than needed. I am pretty sure I will stay with this auto shop! I was so upset and worried, what was going on....I have needed new ceramic brakes every year for the past 3 years so last week when I went for an oil change and they said I needed brakes I was going back and forth between not happy and oh crap did my crazy driving mess up something! an hour into my cars time at the shop I got a call ....... IKR, usualy that is followed up with great dread cause there is something expensive about to happen!! but he told me there must have been a miscommunication because my brakes were fine and they fixed the 'funk odor in the a/c for free! how awesome! an honest repair shop, yep im pretty sure i will continue to take my car to Navarre Auto Repair - Guaranteed Lowest Tire Pricesread more

I called asking for service to my truck brake system that went bad n Willie fit me in right away cause I had to leave the resort i was staying at the next day. The did a great job n explained everything they needed to do. They even gave me a discount for breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Im impressed with the professional n friedly service they provided for me. I recommend them for anyone looking for great service.

Awesome place to go! They went through my car when I first bought it and pointed out the things that needed to be immediately replaced and things that could wait a little while. Recently got two new tires and an alignment in a timely manner. This shop is always busy so make sure you schedule an appointment but once they get to your car they make it is taken care of quickly and correctly.
