Will and his team are simply trustworthy. If your vehicle has a problem they will diagnosis it and tell you exactly what is wrong with the cost to repair. I have never been gouged to do stuff that was not needed but on the other hand he watches out for us. The most amazing thing with Will personally is he is really smart. I was so upset and worried, what was going on....I have needed new ceramic brakes every year for the past 3 years so last week when I went for an oil change and they said I needed brakes I was going back and forth between not happy and oh crap did my crazy driving mess up something! an hour into my cars time at the shop I got a call ....... The guys here certainly haven’t forgotten the value of honesty and hard work. They provide excellent service at a fair price and don’t try to nickel-and-dime you like every other auto repair I’ve been to. Once their work is done, they’ll explain everything that was done and anything extra you may need in layman’s terms, making sure even even automotively challenged guys like me can understand exactly what’s going on. They really take the worry about your vehicle personally and you leave with peace of mind. Everybody in the office takes a lot of pride in their work. Not only does this show in their quality - they back up everything they do. Before I left, they told me to call back if I had any issues or questions. This is the best place I have ever been to as far as auto work! Will and his staff are trustworthy, friendly and will do anything they can to perform repairs on time and at the most reasonable price. This week I had to have my car for a trip out of town. They found some unknown problems and, knowing that I had to have my car for the trip, worked extra hours to get my car back to me. They also, without me even asking, power washed it so that it would be clean for my trip! ( I had been slacking and it was filthy)...Who does THAT?!? Navarre Auto Repair that’s who!!!!

Had a good experience at this place. The admin folks in the office were knowledgeable and helpful. As they worked in my vehicle, I went to get breakfast down the street. They did cost a little more but didn't overcharge and gave a detailed breakdown of things I should have looked at in the future. A 20 point inspection comes with the oil change so it's worth the little but extra. They also offer military/first responder discounts.

I called asking for service to my truck brake system that went bad n Willie fit me in right away cause I had to leave the resort i was staying at the next day. Awesome place to go! They went through my car when I first bought it and pointed out the things that needed to be immediately replaced and things that could wait a little while. Recently got two new tires and an alignment in a timely manner. This shop is always busy so make sure you schedule an appointment but once they get to your car they make it is taken care of quickly and correctly.
