I have never been gouged to do stuff that was not needed but on the other hand he watches out for us. The most amazing thing with Will personally is he is really smart. I was so upset and worried, what was going on....I have needed new ceramic brakes every year for the past 3 years so last week when I went for an oil change and they said I needed brakes I was going back and forth between not happy and oh crap did my crazy driving mess up something! an hour into my cars time at the shop I got a call ....... Had a good experience at this place. The admin folks in the office were knowledgeable and helpful. As they worked in my vehicle, I went to get breakfast down the street. They did cost a little more but didn't overcharge and gave a detailed breakdown of things I should have looked at in the future. A 20 point inspection comes with the oil change so it's worth the little but extra. They also offer military/first responder discounts.

I called asking for service to my truck brake system that went bad n Willie fit me in right away cause I had to leave the resort i was staying at the next day. The did a great job n explained everything they needed to do. They even gave me a discount for breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Awesome place to go! They went through my car when I first bought it and pointed out the things that needed to be immediately replaced and things that could wait a little while. Recently got two new tires and an alignment in a timely manner. This shop is always busy so make sure you schedule an appointment but once they get to your car they make it is taken care of quickly and correctly.
